iPhone 8 stuck at the very end of progress bar.

My iPhone 8 was acting up so I reset it. After about 3 hours, it reached the very end of the progress bar, and has been stuck there for 2 hours. I tried to restart it, which I did 3 times.

iPhone stuck on erase screen I have tried to power off my phone which was in the middle of erasing and it’s stuck with the progress bar almost complete. Can’t get it to do anything. I tried shutting down but it is not working. Help!
