We see you're having some issues with the haptics on your Apple Watch. We can understand the need to be able to have them working well to wake you up. We'd like to work on getting that resolved with you.
First, start by restarting both the Apple Watch, as well as your paired iPhone:

After that, try following the steps here to adjust the haptic alerts: Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch
In particular, try switching the alerts to 'Prominent', if they're currently on 'Default'. That'll be found in the "Manage Haptic Alerts" section of that link.
