I want the Big Sur picture on my opening page please. How do I get rid of this too colorful page?

How do I get the Big Sur picture on my opening page instead of this picture that way too bright for me? On my desktop Mac!

Thank you Jack. Appreciate it. The other images haven't downloaded after updating to Big Sur. I dread this time of year as my hard drive crashed with the Catalina update.It's a horrible ordeal to take a 28 inch desktop into an Apple Store. So was waiting and this morning I had no Safari access. So forced to update. Now I can't find some of my email accounts but will try to do later as I get tired of fooling with this every year. But I value your input except that the pictures I have to choose from now are strange too. Thank you . Regards, Ingrid
