I can’t remove my payment method. It just says ‘unable to remove payment method as there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file. But there are no active subscriptions!!! How do I fix this????
I can’t remove my payment method. It just says unable to remove as there is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file. But I don’t have any active subscriptions!!!!! I had a bill from iCloud that was meant to come through but that didn’t come through due to the fact that my debit card stopped working on my phone. Please could you help me to resolve this
