Activating iPhone 7
This iPhone 7 will not communicate with iTunes on my laptop and will not activate. It is factory reset to the beginning. Bought the phone used, said it worked fine.

If you are at the Hello screen (where you should be) you don't need a computer, just choose the language and follow the instructions.
You need an active SIM and also a good WiFi
If it asks for a strange apple ID in Activation Lock then you need the previous owner to unlock it.
