Payment method for what? Apple Pay is not supported in Africa at all. It does not look like media services are available there either - Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support there is nothing you can do.

Some areas of Africa have media services but Ethiopia is not one of them.

Africa is a continent, not a country.

Apple services and products are available in many parts of Africa. They are not available in your country.
