Cannot play the video in my galery

2 hours ago I can still play all the video I took by my phone. But now when it updated to new ios 14.4, I can’t play any of my video no more.

i am using iphone 12 promax.

Hello,

Thanks for responding my question. It’s going well after I restart my phone, but it just happens sometimes that I can’t play any video in my photo album, ALL the videos. It’s said the same with the photo I took in my first question. When I use app to open video (like viva video), I have no problem.

Everything goes well everytime I restart my phone but it’s just so annoying!

I am using 12 promax ios 14.4.
