ipsw

i need the IPSW for IpadOS 14.4, or whatever is the latest version. My laptop is taking longer than the allotted 15 mins to download the OS and then my Ipad restarts and cancels the download. So, I would like to download the IPSW file so i can avoid this error.

The Settings show the update is available and starts downloading via WIFI. After maybe 10 minutes, it starts "preparing to install" and at some point fails, with a message to the effect that the download failed. Where to download ipad OS 16 as ipsw file? My ipad went to unavailable mode and I need the ipsw file to restore the iPad. I tried through I tunes but space in my netbook is limited.

iPad Pro iOS update Using ipad I select download and update. It requests, downloads but won't install. Tried itunes and update is looking for ipsw file. Shows latest software is ipad 13.4.1??? Any suggestions?
