Please I would like to know how to reactivate my account. It was initially compromised which made me deactivate the account and now I want to reactivate it. I also have the reactivation code with me.

I have gone through the article but my issue now is that there’s no Apple support contact available in my country. I have tried every means possible to contact Apple but to no avail. Is there any hope of getting support at all?
