iPhone 12 Pro Max alarm and service

Anyone else have issues with the iPhone 12 alarm turning itself off? I’ll set my alarm, recheck that it is set and it will not go off 50% of the time. The other issue I’m having is horrible service. Places that I had service with my 11, I have no bars at all and half of the time even when I get back home, it won’t pick up service unless I turn it off and then back on. Seems like every time I get a “better” phone, my service gets worse. I have Verizon and places that I have always had service, I have none now. 🤷🏻‍♀️
