Music file in Finder

When I want to remove the Music file which is in Finder on the sidebar under Favourites, will I then completely remove this from Apple Music or is it stored in the iCloud to Apple music library?


Once I removed by accident the Songs out of the Apple Music, and I stored it in external file, I noticed that I could put it back in Songs, but all my Playlists were empty!


When I download music from YouTube via 4KYouTube to MP3, it will not store in my Music program.

Hi,

You should use the music app to delete tracks. If you want to remove track and stream from Apple Music, you should use remove download option otherwise use delete from library if you want to totally remove. For music purchased from iTunes Store, you can “hide” if you want to delete from computer.


When you delete a track in error, You will need to readd to or create a playlist.
