iPhone Xs Manufacturing Defect (Error 4013)

My phone was suddenly flashing the Apple logo, with no reason at all. I tried to update it and to restore it, but I got back the error 4013. Less than 6 months ago, my sister’s phone, which was bought at the same day at Apple in Miami, got the exact same problem, with no reason. I went to Apple’s Authorized Support, and they said that this error is a “Logic Error”, which, from my understanding, is a problem with the operating system. By logic, then all phones have this problem, because the program that is running on them is the same. And that explains why I have found countless people online with this exact same problem, which suggests to me that this is either intentional, or a serious problem that Apple needs to solve. The Authorized partner in my city didn’t even want to check the phone, saying that there was absolutely nothing to be done, and that I should purchase a new phone.
