Hi...you there?

i received a message on my cel phones settings that I need to update payment details to make sure I don’t loose my storage. I looked at my MC bill, and payments are up to date. I’m confused.

This sounds very much like a scam. You can check the status if your payments on the Apple website, but go there directly, but do not follow any links in the message.
