Lost apple watch

So I lost my Apple Watch around 3 months ago if tried using “find my” cause I enabled it when I got my watch but it can’t locate it I figure where ever it is it’s dead my boyfriend bought it for me and got a warranty on it cause misplace things I have turned the lost mode on. Is there a way my warranty will cover a new watch? I have looked everywhere and can’t find it. Please help
