Lost my Safari app While trying to move it to a different page on my iPhone

I was moving my sis Safari app to another page and it disappeared off of my iPhone completely went to the App Store on my iPhone it was not available so where do I get the Safari app for my iPhone

It's still on the device. You may have dropped in on another icon which then became a "folder".
