Apple Business Manager - Admin Account not allowing me to login

This is an account that has not been used in awhile. I can successfully login into the site but I get a message, asking me to choose a security questions but presents me with no questions and the Continue button is greyed out, just a Cancel button is available. Any ideas who I need to contact to get this working?
