Apple TV 4K is in "Recovery Mode". Light is alternating flashing twice, brief pause, then flashing twice, etc. Screen offers two options: Restart or Restart All Settings. Several "Restarts", no success. Don't want to go back to factory settings unless no other option.

If a restart doesn’t bring it back to normal operation, then you will have to reset all settings.
If even that doesn’t bring it back, then Apple TV 4K users will have to contact Apple Support for a restore, as users can’t restore this model externally (through a computer).

If you’ve been prompted with that screen several times and restarts do not help, you would need to restore. You can find steps here: Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings
