It should take 1-3 business days. the weekends do not count as days. If it has been longer than that then go to this link - Transfer money from Apple Cash to your Visa debit card or bank account - Apple Support about 3/4 of the way down the page are instructions.

The transfer is NOT instantaneous and may take a couple of days. And thats the way it is on ALL banking transactions between different systems, not just Apple Cash. You should know this if you do any transfers between banks.
