Flashing apple logo

I have issue with my phone I just received 2 days a go when I power on the phone the logo apple flashes and the screen goes black then the logo comes again to start the phone and this’s my third phone with same issue, It never happens with my old iphone as I used to have

i phone for about 4 years, I need help with this flashing logo
