Waiting more than one month to receive my custom MacBook pro M1 , and now nothing of this softwares works , What I can do ?
It gives this message with virtualbox :

Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully.

It’s apparently a kludge, meaning it only sorta/kinda works with limitations. If you really need a virtual machine and Linux you should not have purchased an M1 Mac at this time and you should have done your homework before doing so.
Both VMware and Parallels are NOT fully compatible with the M1 Macs yet. Nor is BootCamp to run Windows compatible either. It has been known and reported since day one that virtual machines will take time to become fully compatible with the M1 platform.
I don't need Windows for now , Need only Kali Linux!, Any ideas ?
Purchase an M1 is a big mistake at this time , You are right I will try to change to I9.
I have seen many case with Parallels but not full compatible.
