How do you transfer files from ipnone8 to pc/windows 10? I have done all the steps... pc and phone show as linked but neither shows up in the others directories/no option to drag and paste, etc.
Articles talk about setting up bluetooth and thats it... Its not. I cannot see the other on either device despite them being linked in bluetooth and discoverable. What is the next step? Something missing in the instructions.

I actually figured it out. We were backing up new iPhone 12mini instead of restoring from iPhone 8 backup.
