I want to know if I can get a link to help me deactivate my service provider from my previous iphone because i sold it to my sister and she cant access the phone as it kept saying invalid sim.

You cannot de-register a SIM card or a service provider from an iPhone.
Here is what is happening. You gave your iPhone Xs Max to your sister. Your sister is probably using a different carrier than what you did when you had the iPhone Xs Max. That iPhone is probably locked to your carrier. When your sister installed her SIM card (from a different carrier) then she got the "Invalid SIM" error.
If you agree with my assessment above then what you need to do is call your carrier and ask them to unlock your iPhone Xs Max. If the carrier unlocks it then your sister can use it with her carrier. You have already removed it from your Apple ID which is a good thing because your sister will not have any issues during Activation.
