iMovie on iPhone 11 pro saying storage full when I try to save my video

I don't understand why it's doing this. When I check how much storage I have on my iPhone, it says I have 34 GB available. I also have 1000 GB available on my iCloud. I'm just trying to save a 13 minute video.

I've deleted the app and redownloaded it a couple of times already. I've turned my phone off and on. Nothing is working. Super frustrated.

And yes, my iPhone is updated all of the way.

video only exports about 25% of it's length... Hey All, i've been exporting a music video and after the 5th pass or so now, the video is only exporting a maximum of 1:33. the total length is around 5 minutes. Ive checked all preferences, settings, etc. Any ideas why this is happening? For reference im exporting to "Apple Devices 720" . Mainly so i can view and share primarily on iPhone as a demo.
