I live in the UK but am currently in Kenya. I bought an apple series 6 watch locally. when running the blood oxygen app, it states not supported in your region. i checked on the apple list and Kenya is supported. i changed my iphone region from UK to Kenya and put a local billing address. still no luck. any ideas?

Did you also change your Apple ID country to Kenya? Apple does a lot to make sure the medical aspects of a Watch are within guidelines for a country and maybe if your ID is set to the UK it thinks you are still there? I don't know.
Also make sure the Watch software is up to date. If Kenya only recently authorized use then the software needs to conform to this.
