Hello , so I dont have a credit card means my only option was to an itune gift card , I redeemed it and added balance to my apple Id , and I wanna use that balance to start a free trial on apple tv+ but it keeps asking for credit card informations ,is there any other way to fix it ???

See Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support. You need to Add a payment method before you can complete a subscription. Existing store credit is not sufficient.
