Is it possible to add multiple primary languages to medical ID?

I am currently setting up my medical ID on my iPhone 11 and am unsure whether it is possible to add more than one primary language.

I live in a country where english is not the native language however I do speak english fluently as well as my country's native language and would like to add both languages if possible. I couldn't figure out how to do it and began wondering if it is even a possibility. If not, how do other bilingual people handle this issue?

I don't see any way to do this. Many apps at least have a choice to set their language different from the device language in their settings, but the Health app does not. To ask Apple to add the capability you are looking for, you can use
