Internal error on alarm clock

Hi,


When I try to ‘pick a song’ on my alarm I get an error message (se picture).


I have updated my phone, forced quit the app and also tried to turn my phone off and on again with no luck.


The other ringtones work, it’s only when I click on Pick a song that this message appear.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! If we understand correctly, you're running into a problem with changing the ringtone on your iPhone. We can understand wanting to make a change to your notification preferences. We will do all we can to help get you pointed in the right direction.


When you choose 'Pick a song', are you selecting a song you purchased from iTunes, one from Apple Music (if a subscriber), or music downloaded from another location? Have you tried to remove the song and re-add it to see if it corrects the issue? If not, you may want to start there.


Also, what type of iPhone do you use? Which version of the iOS software do you currently have installed on your device? You can find this in Settings > General > About.

If the software is up-to-date, you may want to Restart your iPhone if you haven't already. This simple step will often refresh the apps and software on the device to solve numerous problems you may encounter.

I’m using a iPhone 8 model number NQ6K2ZP/A, with the software version 13.5.1


The problem I’m having with choosing a song is that I don’t even get into the part where you choose which one you want to add. I have two song that I added years ago that works, but I can’t any new song. See picture, when I click the “pick a song” button the error message appears before I see anything else, as I described earlier.
