Wifi and Bluetooth

Hello, I’m reaching out because I am having trouble with my iPhone 12 Pro’s WiFi and Bluetooth connection. I’ve had this phone since they first came out and have experienced no problems. The phone randomly froze and restarted yesterday but when restarted, I was unable to turn my WiFi. The button to do so is grey and unresponsive. I also noticed that the Bluetooth will not turn on as well, however, the Bluetooth button is responsive but it’ll turn of after searching for devices for a couple of seconds. I have tried restarting the phone, resetting network setting, and I’ve even factory reset it through my Mac, but the problem still occurs. I’d appreciate any help, thank you.
