Apps with call integration do not show call options on lock screen

The call interface does show if I receive another call, and sticks around for the remainder of that call! It also shows on the iPhone if the call was started while the phone was connected to CarPlay and then I disconnect the phone from my car.

And just to note: During normal phone calls, I have no issue with the call interface coming up on the lock screen. It is only with third-party apps that the interface in my screenshot below does not appear until I get another call.

if it works for normal calls, but not for 3rd party app, then this isn't an Apple issue, talk to the 3rd party developer or look at their support site.
