my apple pay has been restricted after i put all of my verification information in .i’ve put it in multiple times and it’s all correct information although it may be because i’m a minor, they have never asked me for verification until now and i don’t know why , please help .
Yes. It's because you are a minor. You can not use Apple Pay unless you are a US resident over 18.
The only way around that is for your family to use Family Sharing, in which case the organizer can set up Apple Pay Cash for you to use.
