I can’t add a credit card into my payments

So the problem is that I am unable to add any credit card into my payments. I entered every credit card information in correctly (I know because I double checked multiple times) but when I select done and I check back into the manage payments section there is only one credit card there and not the new one I entered. Can you please help me
