How do you get your Iwatch unlocked when you have a message that your have exceeded sign in tries. ? I had It in omy pocket during tests at hospital, so I guess putting my hand in my pocket was not a good thing. Help please.

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you're able to locate the Watch app, take the steps for the passcode from above.
