Mfi hearing aids volume control in control center

After I updated to iOs 14 on my iPhone 7, I lost the ability to adjust the volume individually of my hearing aids through the control center. I have to open the accessibility settings do it. Control on Lock Screen is turned on in Accessibility/Hearing as is Access within Apps in Control Center. It was fine before the update. It is annoying to have to open settings every time I need to adjust.
