Apple Card payment installments abroad

Hello everyone,

I am a US Citizen who currently lives in Germany. Next time I visit the US, I will be applying for an Apple Card. For me, the biggest perk would be the installment plans available to Apple Card users. Would I be able to take advantage of these installment plans if I bought, say, the new iPhone from the german Apple website?
