beachball Very slow 2019 iMac 21.5". Restarts and program loading are very slow. Etrecheck says kernel panics with advice to share report. Any help greatly appreciated. Recent upgrade to Ventura but existed before.

MacOS Ventura is completely broken and impossible to use on my MacBook Pro 16 2019 Since I have updated my MacBook Pro 16" 2019 to the MacOSX Ventura 13, it has gone completely out of hand. My internet connection fails every 2 seconds and I can not even send an email. I have to refresh every page I browse at least two times. It keeps giving me "no internet connection error". Its full of bugs and despite the fact that I have reinstalled the OS three times already and talked to apple support team, still does not function. Please help.

Hello Jantira12,

We are here to help go over this with your Mac Pro. Since this started since the lats update, have you checked software compatibility with the programs you use?

How to reset the SMC of your Mac is the first step we want you to try.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac next to see if that makes a difference.
