Stop Viber call logs from being displayed in phone app

I am using iPhone 12 Pro Max (iOS 14.4). My phone app displays all the logs from other third party messaging apps such as Viber, Messenger etc. How do I stop it?

Why is my iPhone 11 deleting my Snapchat and Discord calls from call log? I’ve noticed that periodically, my iPhone 11 will delete all Snapchat and Discord calls from my call log. I don’t know why it’s doing this or how to stop it. It’s really frustrating as I need those logs. Help!

you can't disable it. that feature is coded into iOS.
