Live Listen

The "LiveListen" option is grayed out and there is a message underneath it that reads: Connect a compatible audio device to use Live Listen. Please help?

Here is some more information on Live Listen ➔ Use Live Listen with Made for iPhone hearing aids. The compatible device is listed in the guide.
