My keyboard doesn’t appear on same apps. For example i can’t even type on the site i have to type in im my messages, copy and paste it in here.The only thing that appear is that up and down thingy

You have to tap in a text field in order for the keyboard to appear. You cannot just tap anywhere on the screen, unless you are using an app where tapping on the screen brings up the keyboard, like Notes, Pages, Word or other document apps. I assume that is what you are doing.
Have you tried a forced restart? If not, give it a try.
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
