Unable to activate calls on other device on iPhone

cannot turn on calls on other devices. FaceTime and iCloud must be signed in to the same Apple ID to enable calls on other devices. BUT THEY ARE AND IT DOESN'T WORK! can anyone help?

please. I depend mainly on calls receiving on Macbook.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices, then turn on Allow Calls on Other Devices.


It says FaceTime and iCloud must be signed in to the same Apple ID to enable calls on other devices. I have verified and it is there. Please help.
