Hi,
Would this be a Samsung Xpress SL-C410W (a model with USB, Ethernet and wireless interfaces)?
If so, the printer is mentioned in the HP article https://support.hp.com/us-en//document/c06520117 with a reference to a universal driver for the SL-C430W. The SL-C430W support page indicates that the Feb 11, 2021 universal driver (https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/Print_Common_SW/Samsung_Mac_Driver_V3.93.01.dmg) can be used with Big Sur.
The SL-C410W model does not appear to support the driverless AirPrint technology.

Hello MarJ99,
Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue connecting your MacBook and your printer. To clarify, are you connecting them wirelessly using AirPrint or a wired connection?

Best regards.
Another question, I downloaded the driver but when I try to chose the driver for my printer it does not appear, I don’t know if I’m downloading it ok or what am I doing wrong because I only have the Samsun drivers that come default with the computer.
Sorry to bother so much :(
Hello again,
No problem. However, I am a bit confused.
Did you try the Feb 11, 2021 universal driver (link in my previous message), or were you still attempting to use some kind of older Samsung drivers (version?)?
Does your printer have an Ethernet port and Wi-Fi in addition to the USB port (that is, a model with the W suffix)?
If so, you may have to try the universal driver with a network. You could connect an SL-C410W by Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports of a Wi-Fi router. Alternatively, you could connect the printer wirelessly to the router. From the MacBook Air, you would use wireless to the router.
Hi!
I’m trying to connect it by usb but the computer doesn’t have the driver that works with it.
I don’t know if there’s a driver that could work with my model.
Thanks !
Thank a lot, it finally worked !!!!
