Apple One Premier Subscription

I've subscribed to apple one with the family plan, but I'd like to go with the Premier plan, the only problem is I don't see the option in subscriptions on my Mac, Is the Premier plan only available in certain conditions?

Click here and see if Apple News+ is available in your country. If it isn't, the Premier plan won't be.
