iPod w/iOS9.3.5 sync to Apple Music. Most songs grayed out.

I have an old iPod running iOS 9.3.5. I tried to sync it to a newer Macbook running Big Sur. I paid for Sync Library AND subscribed to Apple Music. However, 90% of my library is grayed out. Spoke to Apple, they said it isn't supported. There MUST be a way to get those songs back on there. HELP!

Apple music songs cannot be copied to an iPod Hi, I've been reading the forums for a while trying to resolve this situation. I have an iPod nano and have just recently started to use it in the car, so I thought I'd update the music since everything was pretty old on there! So, I signed up to iTunes and downloaded quite a lot of music. However, I'm getting an error: 'Some of the items in the library were not copied to the iPod because Apple Music songs cannot be copied to and iPod'. I can't seem to get this to work and I'm sure Apple wouldn't purposely let me buy a load of music which I can only play on my laptop... Apple Music not working with iPod Nano 6th Gen Hello, I have turned my old iPod nano 6th gen on again and wanted to add some new songs to it from my Apple Music library but despite whatever I tried I could not manage to sync my library with my iPod. Can anyone help?

Issue with iPod Nano 4th generation not syncing full library I found my old iPod nano 4th generation (touch) in a box from several years ago. It works great, has 68 songs on it. I plugged it in today to my Mac and tried to add more music from my iTunes library, and it won't let me do it. When I press "Sync Music" it shows only those 68 songs, and none of my 1000s of songs. I have done a factory reset on it, spent some time on youtube and google, hard reset it, made sure its updated, iTunes is updated, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated.
