Apple Watch won’t work.

I got an Apple Watch today it worked for two hours and then it turned off and I have spent the last 3 hours trying to fix it it freezes turns off shows the apple logo turns on freezes and it’s just been doing that for the last 3 hours even if I don’t touch it it does that. I have unpaired it from my phone now and it’s not staying on long enough for me to go into the settings to reset it. I have done several hard resets and nothing works.

is there anything that I can do to fix this or will I have to return it.
