I ordered an iPhone 11 and it said it would be here today, Wednesday the 24th, but it’s not here. I read the other reviews and it said that missing packages have been happening often nowadays so I’m starting to get worried. It took me months to save up the money for the iPhone 11, so please if you can tell me where it is that would be amazing. I put my old email on the delivery information out of habit so I can’t track it myself.

You should have received an email from Apple, with a tracking number, as soon as Apple shipped your phone. You will need to contact the shipper (typically, FedEx) with that number to find out where in the shipping process it is. There has been numerous delays world-wide due to either or both weather conditions or Covid.
I can’t track it because I accidentally used my old email so I can’t track it and I don’t know the tracking number.
