Apple Music Subscription

So I had an Apple ID under a different email (old college email) and I had purchased an Apple Music subscription and it’s still running. Well I got a new phone and I changed my Apple ID (since I can’t access the old email) and no longer need the old one. How do I cancel the old subscription so that I won’t get charged for that account?
