Unlocking a iPad
Ok so I had an iPad that was under a Apple ID we forgot the password to, and we couldn’t rest it because the email because the person that added his Apple ID was not very his self due to personal issues. So he doesn’t remember a thing about it so he can’t reset it because he used different everything including personal info. Then my younger brother decided to change the password and forgot it because it was his. We got it reset but we couldn’t open it, because it needed us to put in the old Apple ID. Is anyone else dealing with the same problem or has any idea what to do.
