my iPhone 7 is still crashed after I plugged it into to the laptop and done the update

my iPhone crashed last night when I tried to restart it and is stuck on the apple logo. I have plugged it into laptop an pressed volume down button and the off button till the support.apple.com/iphone/restore it did an update but still on crashed I don't know what to do
