If you do Command-V to Paste, do you also hear a sound?
Is the sound the one that is set in System Preferences->Select Alert Sound?
Also in System Preferences->Sound, do you have checked the box for "play user interface sound effects"?

any content when I'm copying with command +C keys it is making noise. I have tried Control + C key also then also it is making noise. Though the content is getting copied.

Where are you trying to copy the text from? In which application?
The shortcut is COMMAND C.
If you go to the Edit menu, is Copy greyed out?
