I have set up Apple Classroom through Apple School Manager and our managed IDs. One student is showing as offline (have turned bluetooth off and on, have restarted computer, have signed into Apple ID) and one teacher attached to a class is able to see his screen, but the others cannot. The student's icon shows 'Offline' or 'Authorizing'. Any reason why this would be happening?
I had my students log out of their Apple ID, log back in, then restart their device. If that didn't work, we did it a second time and that fixed them. I'm not sure why, but two times was the charm for many of them.
