Problems with family sharing

Hello,

My husband can not make family sharing for us. I get the invitation from him to join, try to accept and then i get a box with: "There was a server error creating your account. Please try it later..." But this problem occurs every single time he tries for a couple of years. What we can do? Or where to find proper help?
